Walkthrough[]

Hanging from the board at Bilal's Tar & Dust Workshop is a note from Bilal about the infected taking canned food from the locals, and one of them having been spotted at the beach. Investigate the event.

Enter the cave near the beach and speak to Ziya, then swim through the underwater cave. Follow the rope and lights and be sure to make use of the air pockets. There are three biters along the way. The empty cans of food can be found underneath the town well, as well as Ziya's son, who has turned into a Screamer.
