Trick-or-Treater is a general outfit available in Dying Light.

Kyle Crane wears a red sleeveless shirt with black coloration on the sides. The middle of the shirt features a white logo with some text. Small bags hangs on both his shoulders while his arms are covered in black arm sleeves. He wears another white sleeveless shirt underneath the previous one. He also wears a black beanie.
Over said clothes are a series of pictures forming a skeleton in neon body paint. That includes his face, a skull shape painted on his face. Kyle also wears a pair of dull jeans, no belt visible in all that blood. He also wore a pair of black shoes. Despite all this, his Flashlight is still taped onto his right shoulder.
