Crane wears a red shirt with a white design on the front. Overtop said clothes, is a gray biker vest with multiple markings. He has a skull print bandanna over his nose and mouth. Like most other outfits, he has a black fingerless glove on the right hand. He also wore a pair of black trousers, brown shoes, and a black belt.

It becomes available to the player from their player Stash at Survival Rank 6.

- The shirt on this outfit resembles the Punk Shirt.
- This is actually the canon outfit, in Dying Light: The Following , in the canon (non-nuclear) ending, regardless what the player was wearing, Crane will always be wearing the Survivor outfit in the ending cutscene after the fight with the The Mother.
