On the quest board on Jasir's farm a note saying "Will pay for bolter livers" will hang on the blue door near Jasir. Take it and speak to him to find out that the Bolters have been eating dead family members. Jasir asks to kill a Bolter and return with its liver. Find the bolter marked on the mini map and kill it. Search the body and return to the farm with the liver.

Jasir will say to deposit the liver in a barrel in the corner of the farm, do so and return to Jasir to complete the quest. After having done so, any future bolter livers can be delivered there as well for additional trust points.
The swift-footed Bolters feel safer in the fields of the Countryside, so they venture outside during the day and sleep after night falls. The easiest way to find them is to visit their feeding grounds, which are marked on your map. Remember: once they start running, it will be easier to catch them with your Buggy than to chase them on foot.
