Events of Dying Light[]
He was a resident of the Slums and a friend of Omar Boz. Unfortunately, he committed suicide in his shack with a handgun. He left his supplies outside with a sign indicating they were free to take.
When Omar Boz is encountered, he asks Kyle Crane to escort him to his favorite fishing spot. Along the way, they stop at Rashan's shack and Omar learns of his death.
