The great revolutionary and philanthropist Kadir "Rais" Sulaiman was the first to resist the imposition of restrictions and speak out about the injustices committed by the Harran government and the GRE.
In this famous quote, Rais spoke these words directly into the face of one of the GRE's deceitful representatives:
"You come to us, like a snake in the grass, here... in a city of lies, you... are the biggest liar of them all."
The same GRE representative later murdered Kadir, thus quelling the revolution he had been fomenting in Haran.
