Go to the old offices on Garrison Boulevard.

Meet with Hakon.

Defeat the Renegades.

Talk to Hakon.

Search the church for Hakon.

Defeat Hakon.

Leave the church.

Kill Hakon.

Report to Frank.

Talk to rank at the Canteen.
