Missing Persons is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

Walkthrough[]
Near the entrance to the Bazaar in Trinity a man named Damien can be spoken to. During a brief conversation, he will mention a job offering and tells Aiden where to go to find out more.
The job offering can be found in a building just northeast of the Quarry End-Trinity border, only slightly east of Houndfield. Along the way, Aiden will contact Aitor about the deal. The building can be entered from the roof. The guards are shady, but tell Aiden to go down a floor for the job. One floor down, an interrogator and his men are found. He will ask some questions, but eventually attack Aiden after learning Aiden is not that well-known around the Bazaar.
Defeat the interrogator and his thugs, and after defeating them, go back upstairs and head to the exit. Damien is found here, confront him. Damien will deny having anything to do with the murder attempt at first, but will eventually break after a brief conversation. He will explain that the bandits have his brother, Cliff, and only sent people to the bandits to keep him safe. Aiden will be given two choices, either hand Damien over, or cooperate with him. Saying he will be handed over will cause a brief fight, after which the quest is completed. Cooperating with Damien will make the quest last longer.

Cooperate with Damien[]
If chosen to cooperate, Damien will explain the situation of his brother and how he is tired of being played and just wants his brother back. He asks Aiden for help to achieve this goal. Aiden is reluctant, but can agree. Go back downstairs and go to an easy-locked door. Unlock it to clear the investigation mark. Also check a similar door upstairs to draw the conclusion that Cliff is nowhere to be found.
During the conversation with Damien, he reveals that his brother was captured while the two of them were in east Quarry End, close to Devil's Bridge. Go to that area and investigate. It is located in northeastern Quarry End, on the border with Horseshoe. Enter the building from one of the windows on the roof.
Inside the building are several floors containing Biters and Virals, but also bandits on the lower floor. Deal with them and continue looking for Cliff. Upon activating a door, a cutscene will play featuring Cliff - in conversation it becomes clear that he has become a bandit himself. He will explain how he and his gang were hired by Waltz to find Aiden and obtain the GRE access key. After the conversation, Cliff calls upon more bandits while he himself moves away. Dispatch the bandits and chase him.

Cliff himself is a bossfight. After defeating him, Aiden will call on Damien but be met with silence. Instead of backtracking through the entire building, there is a pin-locked door which can be opened which leads outside in the room before Cliff was found. Regardless of which exit is chosen, return to the Bazaar and look for Damien.
Once inside the Bazaar, a survivor named Roger can be heard speaking to Damien on Aiden's side of a door. Roger will state that Damien locked himself into the tower of the church. Aiden will have to climb up the side of the church to reach Damien. When leaving the Bazaar, turn south and walk up the planks onto a shed. Turn left and jump to the monkey bars and then onto a wooden ladder from which the lower roof of the church is accessed.
From there, get to the butress and use the monkey bars to get to another one. Keep following the planks around the church until the bell tower is reached. Once inside, climb up to the top and go back outside. Follow the spaces marked in yellow until Damien is reached.
Damien has become suicidal and, while difficult, can be talked out of it. Choose the dialogue option to talk about life and then follow it up by saying Aiden will jump too. This will keep Damien from jumping, Roger will then show up again, interrupt him. After the conversation is over, it finishes the quest. The alternative results in Damien jumping, also completing the quest.
