Jaffar's Wheelstation is a location and Safe Zone within the Slums in Harran. It is "officially" unlocked during the main quest. It's ran by Jaffar, the former mechanic and owner of the workshop but is inhabited by at least Two other workers and another trader who left after crane's first arrival.

The Workplace is overlooking the Market Place and faced toward the main Highway.
The Place consist of a main blue building containing the car workshop itself, the mechanic's office, a storage room and an appartement (on the second floor.) There is also three makeshift sheds and a second workshop with brick walls which serves primarily as a weapons workshop for Zaid and an other unnamed worker.
The workshop is fenced with white fences and barbwire, in it's perimeter we can find a non-working red van along several tires piles, boxes, barrels and other trash probably serving to be repurposed by the workers.
It does not go through any changes during the game except the arrival and departure of the Tolga and Fatin's Van.
