Hermann, also written as Herman, is one of the characters who appears in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. He is the bodyguard of Sophie.

Personality and Gear[]

"He survived the explosion but lost his hearing. In a face to face fight, he's nearly unbeatable. But if he's caught from behind, he's as vulnerable as a child. A deadly combination, especially for him.
Sophie on Hermann's strengths and weaknesses."

Hermann is an individual fiercely loyal to Sophie, with some loyalty to Barney. He appears to be very prideful and does not back down from a fight.

Hermann is a very tall bald man with brown eyes and a thick brown beard that stretches from his chin to halfway down his neck. He also has extensive tattoos up his arms, with dark stars seeming to be the pattern.. He wears a green camouflage t-shirt with a red and silver wolf emblem and brown cargo trousers under a suspender harness secured with black buckles around his thighs and hips. He wears his biomarker on his left wrist.

He uses his bulk to his advantage, wielding a massive 2-handed mace in combat.

Show: The Only Way Out

Aiden: "Sophie, can we talk?"
Hermann: "Grrrrr..."
Sophie: "Don't hurt him, Herman. Let him talk."
Aiden: "My name's--"
Sophie: "Aiden. You're that Pilgrim that came to town recently."
Aiden: "You're sure well-informed."
Sophie: "Don't have much of a choice. I'm in charge of safety here. Besides, yesterday you made quite an entrance."
Aiden: "I'm looking for a job. Would you happen to know of any?"
Sophie: "Looking for a job...? I only work with people I trust. You came from outside. They wanted to hang you... Nobody says anything good about you, Pilgrim. Do you want me to trust you? Talk to the people at the Bazaar. See if you can gain their trust. If so, then it might persuade me to change my mind."
