"Health Regen II" is an expert Agility skill available in Dying Light.
It can be unlocked when the player reaches Agility level 13 if the prerequisite Freerunning Expert skill has already been acquired.
It is one of the four expert skills which are in the final third tier of the Agility skill tree.
