Dahlia's kidney potion Used during the side quest "Kidney punch".
Dahlia's liver potion Used during the side quest "Hunting goon".

Medkit Restores 100 health.

Burning throwing stars Shurikens that set things on fire on contact. They do 25 damage before setting things on fire.
Exploding throwing stars Shurikens that explode when they hit an infected/human. They do 25 damage before exploding.
Freezing throwing stars Shurikens that freeze any infected/human. Frozen volatiles are only frozen for a very short time. They do 25 damage on their own.
Timmy's ballet grenade Suspends infected in mid-air, and makes them do a few spins before landing on the ground. Face down.
