Consumables can be found in common unlocked containers (Refrigerators, baskets, cabinets), and provide a small amount of health when eaten. Unlike Medkits, they are used as soon as they are picked up. They do not provide a health buffer if eaten with full health, but can be left for later when they may be needed.
