|
Closure is a night time Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Objectives[]
- Recover the valuables from the altars at night.
- I managed to recover the family heirlooms.
- Return the valuables.
- When I returned with the family heirlooms, it turned out that the man was just using me. His story was a "performance" to persuade me to help him become rich by stealing other people's offerings.
Walkthrough[]
While on the rooftops in northeastern Garrison, a man named Evan may be encountered. Evan claims he has become poor as a result of his family bringing his inheritance - his father's valuables - to a creature that brings back the dead, in hopes of bringing back his recently deceased father. Evan asks Aiden for help in returning the valuables by directing him to the monster at night.
The monster in question is located at a GRE Anomaly site, GRE Anomaly C-A-34 to be precise. Head over there at night and retrieve the valuables from two reed chests and then head over to Evan at his apartment, which is located a short walk south of the Anomaly site.
Upon entering the apartment, a patron can be seen hulking over Evan, complaining that Evan nearly got his brother killed and warning him that if he tries to con anyone else he will turn Evan in. Upon questioning, Evan will admit that he was an actor before the Fall and became a con artist afterwards to make a living. He states that bandits were using other survivors to leave offerings in the chests, which Evan then wanted to obtain for himself for profit. He ultimately tells Aiden to keep the spoils, finishing the quest.
