Released for the 5th anniversary of Dying Light, this bundle offers gear worthy of a Harran Veteran. Along with an outfit you’ll receive a new buggy paint job (Veteran’s Ride) and blueprints for three new weapons. Whatever horrors Harran throws at you, you’ll be ready with your trusty Hellbeast. This fully homemade (no firearm needed to craft it!) double-barreled shotgun packs a hellish punch and its extreme fire rate makes it an ideal crowd control tool. Your First is a return to the roots, but unlike the random gas pipe you clenched at the beginning, this one grants you a damage boost after three consecutive hits. And if you need to hit even harder, you can’t go wrong with a sledgehammer (Feather).

Overview[]
The pack was released to coincide with the 5th anniversary of the release of Dying Light, hence its name. The outfit and buggy are purely cosmetic, something unusual for the outfits for Crane as many of these pack outfits give some sort of helpful debuff, but this one does not. The weapons are an interesting mix, with the sledgehammer being just a damage increase to any old sledgehammer. Your First is an interesting one as it's designed to look like the common Pipe you first collect as your very first weapon to protect yourself with. However, this one has been modified to increase the damage dealt after getting a couple of consecutive hits. This combined with the damage increase it gives the base weapon plus that it can be equipped to a variety of base weapons means it's a good choice for both new and veteran players alike. The Hellbeast is the final weapon and gets bonus marks for requiring no base Shotgun to craft it! While ammo for it can be hard to come by, especially in the early game, having a shotgun available to craft at any given time is very useful when firepower is needed in a hurry! While it deals no fire damage, it does have a very quick reload and so makes it the perfect emergency weapon for dealing with a horde.
